Process of Application 

What's Included with Chance 

1. Please fill out the form included in the link above or find pictures of the application on Facebook for completion.

2. Attach any additional information requested to your application and send to wak9training@gmail.com.

​

3. Forms must be filled out completely with attachments and returned to WAK-9 by 4/30/24. Applications will be accepted until 4/30/24 at MIDNIGHT.

​

4. That's it! After May 1st, the WAK-9 Service Dog Board will go into meeting to review applications received. All applications will also be reviewed by our Shadow Trainer, Courtney. 

​

 

-Full vaccination series and vet check ups completed prior to rehoming.

​

-Training hours from Will. 

​

-CGC (Canine Good Citizens) Testing (yes, your dog will hold a title!).

​

-Ability to certify Chance with AKC; has papers to be included with his new family.

This website is owned and operated by WAK-9 Training. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Dog Training Services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of WAK-9 Training. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WAK-9 Training.  be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAK-9 Training  assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein

Any products purchased through the website or in person are refundable if damaged or not up to product specification and can be exchanged for a new item. Fulfillment/shipping of items will occur within 7 days of when the items have been made available and are in stock. You will be notified of shipment/items available. Any training/boarding cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the day of service will incur a 50% cost of the service normally rendered. No show for services will incur the full amount of services that were to be rendered.  

 

WAK-9 Training is not a shelter and is not able to accept any animals for rehoming. If you are unable to rehome your animal, please reach out to your local shelters for assistance.
